Group Five undertook this project as a turnkey service to their client and awarded the lighting and the electrical design and installation to Standard Electrical for the 350 room hotel building.
The head office for the AST Group, an information and communication technology product and service provider, consisting of 2 floors with a mezzanine. The building houses both the administration divisions of the Group as well as their command/call centre. Standard Electrical was called upon to provide the turnkey electrical service, being the design and the electrical installation.
